Running state of the machine is "automatic operation" (that is, without the need for operating the start-stop of the equipment) . Air inlet and nitrogen outlet are equipped with pressure regulating components. the built-in refrigeration dryer and C, T, A three-stage filter and automatic drainage device. Nitrogen purity is monitored by analyzer on-line, by 99.9-99.999% unit. Automatic emptying and alarm are set if the purity of nitrogen is unqualified, and the system will automatically stop when it reaches the set pressure after qualified nitrogen output, thus, saving power consumption of the air compressor by up to 30%. Nitrogen adsorption towers operating alternately, adopts Type D dedicated (special valve) and have pressure equalizing function to achieve the effect of recycling energy consumption and saving energy.
